Customers can select time and material billing or contract options such as four-hour response, eight-hour next business day (standard) response or 24 hour by 7 day per week coverage. Through our national Liberty Systems service Offerings (LSMO) program, you can obtain a comprehensive service solution that is custom-designed for you. Coverage areas, service options and guaranteed response times will be tailored to meet your specific operational and business goals. Your service provider will diagnose the hardware problem, correct it, and return the system to operational status. All necessary parts and materials will be provided.
