Once you are established as a client, we will have a technician standing by waiting for your call. The Time & Material program guarantees you'll talk to a technician within 60 minutes and he'll be on-site at your office historically within one business day.
Annual On-Site Repair Contract
We'll keep your Sato printers operational with technicians, parts and all the resources necessary to respond quickly. Similar to an insurance policy we will be standing by to keep your equipment running smoothly.
