Superior Performance and Design
The Intel® XScale® processor provides more than enough power to drive the bright color display, a range of peripherals, repetitive scanning and wireless network traffic. It delivers the level of response time and throughput required for real time, mission-critical applications in warehousing and distribution or retail (store) operations.
The CK31 screen can be read in a variety of indoor and outdoor conditions. Its full “quarter VGA” resolution features a touch screen, so the CK31 is able to run both traditional, text-based applications or today’s more graphic interface.
Keyboard Options
Multiple keyboard options provide flexibility for applications that range from shipping and receiving, put-away and picking to cycle counting for the warehouse floor. An optional userinstallable and removable pistol grip handle is ideal for highly repetitive scanning.
Flexbile Scanning
The device offers a new area imager for the greatest scanning flexibility by supporting all significant 1D and 2D symbologies. For usage in hazardous locations, the CK31 is available withnon-incendive (Div 2) cerftification.
Reliable Networking and Security
The CK31’s Wi-Fi® certified 802.11b/g radio, including compatibility with a Cisco infrastructure, insures the best available wireless network throughput and reliability. A convenient communication dock provides wired host connectivity.
Security features of the CK31 support the highest level of protection. The CK31 complies in full with 802.1x standards including the Windows standard EAP-TLS and PEAP, EAP-TTLS and compatibility with many existing networks with LEAP support.
Power Supply
The CK31 includes a high capacity lithium-ion battery for at least a full shift of usage without having to change the battery.
Remote Management
With the addition of Intermec’s SmartSystems™, the CK31 can be used to remotely manage peripherals as well as to remotely and easily manage global deployments.

IntelliTrack
IntelliTrack data management software is designed to maintain inventory in a variety of business environments. This user-friendly inventory tracking system combines state-of-the-art bar code data collection on your portable data terminal, with a sophisticated Windows® -based inventory management program for your PC. PSC's IntelliTrack suite of products offers a relational database to ensure data integrity, portable bar code reader integration to maximize data collection efficiency, and bar code label printing capabilities to improve data collection accuracy.
IntelliTrack Modules
The IntelliTrack product line was created using the Microsoft® Access development environment. IntelliTrack 32-bit was developed using Access 97. Each IntelliTrack module contains the source code and, since Microsoft Access is one of the most popular development tools, you can easily customize your IntelliTrack module to meet your specific requirements.

Data Collection
Each IntelliTrack software module includes an integrated portable
data collection application for the PSC Falcon TM , TopGun TM
, and PT 2000 portable data terminals. Portable data collection
applications allow you to perform many of the same functions found
in the IntelliTrack application for your PC, such as physical
inventories, moving and tracking items, shipping or receiving
orders, and more.
Available
in 32-bit
IntelliTrack is available in a 32-bit version for those users
who want to take advantage of Windows 95 or Windows NT® and the
newer Access 97 development environment.
Embedded
Graphics
Each IntelliTrack product allows you to store a picture with
an item definition. This feature allows a user to verify an item
visually. This is especially helpful, for example, when a user
might be checking out an unusual tool, verifying an asset, or
identifying kits.
Customization
While IntelliTrack will meet most users' requirements, situations
may arise when you need to add features to IntelliTrack. Since
you receive the IntelliTrack source code with each product, you
can make customizations such as adding a new report or even adding
new forms with special processing capabilities.Bar Code Printing
Integrated bar code printing allows you to label your inventory
and locations quickly and easily based on the data contained in
your IntelliTrack application. Portable data terminal support
and bar code labels maximize data accuracy and efficiency when
collecting inventory information.
Easy to
Use
IntelliTrack is a user-friendly Windows application. Easy
menu navigation allows you to quickly perform common inventory
tasks. Because it is a Windows application, IntelliTrack's user
interface will be familiar to anyone who is accustomed to working
in this environment.
Service
and Support
PSC offers one free technical support telephone call for IntelliTrack
software. Free technical support includes support on standard,
non-customized IntelliTrack software.
A one-year maintenance agreement is available and includes technical support, free maintenance releases, notification of major upgrades, and free upgrades. The one-year maintenance agreement is renewable annually. One-year maintenance agreements can be purchased directly from the PSC Customer Service Department or from your PSC distributor/ reseller.
We have seven products in the IntelliTrack product line: Inventory, Shipping, Receiving, StockRoom, Fixed Assets, Tool Room, and Check In/Out.
- The Inventory module is designed to automate physical inventories and cycle counting.
- The StockRoom module is a complete system for managing consumable inventories for a supply room or stockroom. StockRoom includes an issues and receipts function, handles multiple sites, and tracks lots and expiration dates.
- The Fixed Assets module is designed for asset inventories. It tracks serial numbers along with depreciation data.
- The ToolRoom and Check In/Out modules.
